These terms apply to https://beylure.shop and to Beylure purchases. Operator: Yiwu Beiying Accessories Co., Ltd.（义乌市贝英饰品有限公司）. Using the site or ordering means you accept these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Refund policies.
Seller
Beylure sells hair accessories such as fabric flower clips. The company is registered in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. The Wilmington, Delaware address is for approved returns and customer mail—not a U.S. factory or headquarters.
Who may order
You should be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian’s consent, and be able to form a contract. Checkout details must be accurate.
Accounts
Protect your password and tell us about unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
Site use
Do not attack or overload the site, scrape it harmfully, upload malware, impersonate others, or reuse our photos and copy for your own catalog without written permission.
Listings
Screen colors and real fabric or metal can differ slightly. Batch differences may occur. We may fix listing errors and cancel lines we cannot fulfill, with a refund for canceled items.
Price, tax, and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change before checkout is complete. Sales tax may apply based on the ship-to address and is shown at checkout when required.
Payment is collected at checkout using the methods displayed for your order. Card and wallet options, when you are charged, and related details are described in our Payment Policy. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers. We may refuse or cancel fraudulent or unfulfillable orders.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email does not guarantee every line is in stock. If we cannot supply an item, we notify you and refund that part.
Delivery and returns
Delivery rules are on the Shipping Policy page ($30+ free standard shipping in the contiguous United States). Return rules are on the Return & Refund Policy page; written approval is required before you mail a clip back.

Text, images, and branding belong to us or our licensors. Personal browsing is fine; commercial reuse needs consent.
Reviews and photos
Content you submit may be used to run and promote the store. You confirm you have the rights to share it.
No extra warranties

Damage limits
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability tied to an order will not exceed what you paid for that order.
