We strive to display the colors, textures, and designs of our hair accessories as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in screen displays, the actual product color may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. All prices listed on our website are in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable local regulations. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our product descriptions and pricing, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel any orders placed with incorrect pricing, even after the order has been confirmed.

Title and risk of loss for the products pass to you upon our delivery of the shipment to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage upon arrival, or a shipping error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. We do not charge any restocking fees.
