Where you pay

Payment is collected only at checkout on our website. We do not ask customers to pay by wire to a personal account, by gift card codes sent over email, or by other off-site methods for regular orders.

Prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars (USD), unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

When you are charged

Failed or declined payments

If a payment is declined, the order is not completed. You may try another method or contact your bank. We do not complete shipment on unpaid orders.

Pricing errors

If a price is clearly wrong because of a system or listing error, we may cancel the affected line and refund what you paid for it.

Refunds back to the original method

If something is wrong with an order, contact service@beylure.shop first so we can help. Opening a dispute with your bank without contacting us may delay resolution.
